Before you donate to Nourish America at the bottom of this page, we are going to ask you to be part of a grander experiment of love and gratitude.


Since Gratitude and Appreciation are some of the most transformative energies that are available to us, why not move into the space of gratitude at or before you donate $5.00. The universe acts much like a giant photocopier - bringing you more and more of what you already claim to have. Gratitude is becoming consciously aware of all that is there for us in life, and then acknowledging the gift. Gratitude releases a dynamic current of energy flow of the highest vibrations into the universe, which magically returns to you in physical form, more of what you are grateful for.

Before you donate $5 or $25 dollars we invite you to try our gratitude experiment.

Close your eyes. Take a slow deep breath into your mind, through your body and down to the bottom of your toes. Focus on being centered in your heart. Now do this again, breathe a giant peaceful breath into your mind, but this time bring up the image of something you are grateful for. It can be small, like" I am grateful I live in a city where they recycle" or it can be bigger like " I am grateful, really grateful I have a flexible job." Reminisce about why this experience is great for you, get into the feeling of what we like to call the "vibrational frequency." You should feel pretty delicious.

Now... go bigger! Close your eyes again and take that wide, deep breath that moves through every crevice of your healthy body. Bring up the image of something you are truly grateful for. Maybe a family member? Maybe a child? Maybe the ability to walk, run or dance? Now think about how that person or experience has filled your life with love and happiness.


Keep breathing in and focus... feel... shift.


If you are truly in a space of gratitude you might feel 'pink' in color, you're eyes might be tearing up or perhaps you are peaceful in knowing you have experienced great love, great light and true grace.

1. Think of 3 things you are grateful for. Get into the space of gratitude and appreciation, feel your heart expand, far and wide.


2. Donate $5 (or more) and keep thinking of the things you are grateful for, think about how lucky you are you can donate, even if it is only $5.


3. Pay it forward. Send this link, this website and a message to 5 friends. Ask them to join the experiment of love and gratitude. We are raising $100,000 or more for 1 million children in America to receive nutrients and food.
